Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and hygiene of your Silverlake Face Mask, follow these care instructions:

1. Wash the mask in warm or hot water before using it for the first time.
2. It is recommended to wash the mask after every use.
3. The fabric has been pre-washed to maintain its shape and size, but since it is 97% cotton, it may still shrink if dried in the dryer. For best results, tumble dry on low or line dry.

It’s important to note that this mask was developed in partnership with physician consultant Dr. Jordan Lee Tate, MD, MPH. While it serves as a protective cover for N95 masks, it is a 2-ply pocketed fabric mask that functions as a physical barrier. When paired with a filtered insert, it offers enhanced protection. However, it is not a substitute for N95 or surgical masks and is not FDA approved. Used correctly, our masks can help reduce person-to-person droplet transmission.

Returns Policy

Due to the personal nature of this item, the Silverlake Face Mask cannot be returned unless it is unopened. If you order multiple masks, we recommend opening one to ensure it fits properly, allowing you to return the others if necessary.

Quantities of each print are limited, and once a print is sold out, it may not be restocked. Variations may occur within each print, and we do not guarantee that products will match photos exactly.

Shipping Information

Please be aware that since June, we have been experiencing extreme delays with some packages. What typically ships within a 3-5 day turnaround may now take up to a month. We will issue a tracking number and deliver the package to UPS within 2 business days, but the duration of the package in transit is beyond our control.
