Fees for listing real estate on eBay are calculated based on property type, listing format, and listing duration. These fees range from $35 to $300.

On the other hand, eBay Managed Payments follow a tiered fee system. These fees typically range from 2.35% to 2.9% of the total transaction amount, plus an additional $0.30 per transaction.

Sellers can choose to use eBay’s promoted listing feature to boost listing visibility. When you sell an item through a promoted listing, eBay will charge a percentage of the item’s total sale amount. This percentage is determined by you when you choose an advertising rate — between 2 and 20 percent. The higher the rate you choose, the more eBay promotes your listing.
