Returns are (mostly) avoidable. Consumers have been trained to not think about their purchases as final. We want to help reverse that. Returns are bad for profit and the environment. A large portion of them aren’t re-sellable and end up in our oceans. Until now, this has been an accepted loss in retail. Let’s fix that.
